Delivery:
18 working days from the date of order. Any public holidays and weekends are non-working days. We demand our clients that when you put an order with us, sympathetically keep a few additional days in the pocket as Freight/Courier and stitching delays can affect delivery timelines a little bit.

How long does it take to process an order?
We make every effort to process orders promptly. Once your order is placed it will typically go through a verification and packaging process before being shipped. This processing time may vary but we aim to ship out orders within 18 to 24 business days(however some products shipping date may very, kindly read the product description before placing your order)and our complete postage time from order to delivery is almost 24 business days. Please Note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide via our couriers via DHL, DX and SkyNet Services.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on condition of 20% restocking charges, and customer should report return an item to Hoorain Designer Wear within 24 hrs after receiving the parcel.
