Variation in Products:
Many of our products are handwoven and may have a 5 to 10% assortment probability. By ordering from our site, you acknowledge that there may be variations in the product compared to the images provided. Beading or sequences may occasionally become displaced, which is a characteristic of the work and not considered a fault. Please handle these garments with care. Designer dresses sold on Hoorain Designer Wear are recommended for dry cleaning. We are not liable for claims resulting from damage caused by washing or using any other cleaning method that may affect the beading or sequences.
Cancellation:
You must submit a cancelation request within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we are unable to cancel your order as it passes through production processes that cannot be stopped. A 20% cancellation fee will apply after the 24-hour window to cover costs.
Return and Refund:
A 20% restocking charge applies to returned items. Customers must report the return of an item to Hoorain Designer Wear within 24 hours of receiving the parcel; beyond this period, returns will not be accepted. If a return is initiated after a week, a late fee of 25% will be applied. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Shipping costs of returned parcels are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for returning the item using a trackable shipping service.
Custom Made and Bridal Items:
Bridal and custom-made items are not refundable. These items can only be altered if necessary, and the customer bears the cost of postage for alterations. Bridal alterations take 45 to 60 days to complete.
Quality Check of Returned Items:
Returned items undergo a quality check upon arrival at our warehouse. If the item is unused, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return within 5 working days.
Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned parcel is received. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return.
